CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to Soma Beauty Bar professionals, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. ​ Please understand and respect that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. ​ If you cancel within the 48 hour window for your appointment, you will be charged half the amount of the service booked. If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service you booked. This will not transfer or be a credit to any future appointments.
